Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of Green Perceived Value and Green Trus on the Reuse Intention of Grab Electric services in Greater Jabodetabek. The phenomenon of increasing motor vehicle population in urban areas demands a transition to environmentally friendly transportation, however its sustainability heavily relies on user loyalty. The research method employed is quantitative with an ordinal logistic regression approach. Data were collected via questionnaires from 100 respondents who has used Grab Electric services at least once in the last three months. Descriptive analysis using median and mode values indicates that respondents generally have a positive perception of the services. Parameter estimates show that Green Trust has a positive and significant effect on reuse intention, while Green Perceived Value does not have a statistically significant effect in this model. The Negelkerke R Square value of 0.823 indicates that the independent variables are able to explain 82.3% of the variation in Reuse Intention. Managerial implications suggest that PT Grab Indonesia should focus on building Trust through transparency in environmental claims to strengthen consumer loyalty.
