Abstract

Technological advancements necessitate digital transformation in the MSME service sector, particularly at PT Terbit Bersinar Bersama (Cuci Sofa Top), where operational processes still rely on WhatsApp, resulting in risks of double booking, inefficiency in data recapitulation by admins, lack of transparency for customers, and the absence of work documentation for field workers. This study aimed to design a web-based sofa cleaning booking application prototype using the User-Centered Design (UCD) method, integrating an evidence-based reporting feature as a visual reporting mechanism (photos of furniture conditions before and after cleaning documentationuse) to ensure service transparency and work protection. The system workflow was modeled using BPMN and UML and was subsequently implemented as a high-fidelity prototype in Figma. The user interface (UI/UX) evaluation was conducted through a task-based testing method using Maze Design, involving 30 customers, 1 admin, and 1 worker. The testing results indicated a 100% Success Rate for all actors, achieving usability scores in the excellent category: 82 for customer testing, 100 for admin, and 95 for worker.
