Abstract
Online business is experiencing rapid development due to its advantages, no exception to the online flight ticket purchase service business or commonly referred to as an online reservation system. This study aims to determine the effect of trust, risk, and ease of use of the online reservation service system on interest in buying airline tickets. This study involved 152 respondents who had purchased airline tickets online. The results of the study show that consumer perceptions of the ease of use of an online reservation system have a positive effect on the level of trust and interest in buying consumers. However, the risk perceived by consumers negatively affects trust. Meanwhile, consumer trust in online reservation services also has a positive effect on consumer buying interest. However, perceived risk does not affect their buying interest. Thus, the perceived risk in doing online transactions does not influences consumers' buying interest. Additionally, the ease of use of the online reservation system offered, the risks perceived by consumers will decrease and increase consumer trust in doing online transaction.
