Abstract

Roads are important routes that connect one place to another place. Roads greatly influence the economy, especially in Jakarta. One solution to reduce traffic jams in big cities is to build flyovers that connect one point to another by avoiding congestion points, intersections and train lines. Flyovers must also be able to provide driving comfort and safety for motorists who pass through the route/road. To be able to provide comfort and safety there are several factors that influence it, such as vehicle factors, driver factors, road factors, weather condition factors, and condition factors. traffic. Several of these factors can be an interesting research topic, where this research aims to identify and determine the level of driving comfort when passing overpasses, especially on the Antasari - Blok M non-toll overpass. This research uses several methods including CSI, GAP Analysis, validity test, reliability test and Importance Performance Analysis. The research results obtained show a CSI value of 0.73, so it can be seen that drivers feel satisfied when passing the Antasari - Blok non-toll overpass, but there are still several things and factors that need to be improved to increase driving comfort and safety, such as facilities, road signs. , emergency routes and easy access. From the results of the data that has been obtained from drivers, the quality is quite good so that the level of driver satisfaction is very high.
