Abstract

This research aims to analyze the causes of low sales in syariah leasing at PT Mandiri Utama Finance (MUF) Cibitung branch. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a direct interview method with predetermined informants. Both internal informants at PT MUF and external informants such as MUF customers and dealers who have collaborated with MUF. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman analysis model. There are 3 series of activities carried out in analyzing the data, including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. And assisted by NVIVO to create coding from the data obtained. The results of this research found that profits, employment, difficult applications, knowledge and dissemination are the causes that make syariah leasing sales less compared to conventional leasing.
