Abstract

PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk is one of the largest private cement producers in Indonesia. Therefore, the company's operations require mining activities to meet the demand for raw materials in cement production. Consequently, these mining activities leave behind post-mining land that can no longer be extracted for raw materials. To address this, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk, through its CSR initiatives, revitalizes this post-mining land to create areas of value and benefit, fulfilling the company's responsibilities. As a result, a location named the Center for Research, Training, and Community Empowerment (P4M) was established. This research focuses on discussing PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk's communication strategy in engaging with the community through the farmer group empowerment program. This program involves inviting groups from the fostered villages to enhance their potential, particularly in agriculture and livestock. The results of this research show that the community relations communication strategy includes utilizing the potential of fostered villages, supporting farmer groups for positive resonance, and ensuring the sustainability of farmer group activities. Each of these strategies plays a role in building harmonious relationships by prioritizing trust.
