Abstract

In the context of the Persit KCK organization in Kompi Senapan D Tual, Southeast Maluku, the study aims to investigate the communication experiences and adaptation strategies used by career women in response to challenges and to identify the communication barriers they face in achieving strategic positions and responsibilities. Phenomenology is a qualitative research method used by the investigator. The main focus of the research is firsthand observation of the problems that Persit KCK members and working women experience. Time constraints, role conflict, and psychological stress are just a few of the major obstacles faced by women who play many roles. They devise a variety of coping mechanisms to deal with these obstacles, including efficient time management, Persit's social support, and self-help methods. Their experiences and opinions of their dual roles as wives of soldiers and Persit members are greatly influenced by the communication and interaction among Persit members. Enhancing women's performance and well-being in these dual jobs requires organizational support, which includes work flexibility rules and psychosocial support programs.
