Abstract

Effective communication is one of the essential skills that a leader must possess, especially in a competitive business environment such as the insurance industry. PT Asuransi Kredit Indonesia (Askrindo) recognizes the importance of communication skills for its leaders and has developed the ALIST (Askrindo Leader Inspirational Show Time) program as an initiative to enhance their public speaking abilities. This program is designed by Askrindo's Human Resource Development (HRD) to equip leaders with better communication skills, both within the company's internal environment and in interactions with external stakeholders.This study aims to analyze the communication management implemented by Askrindo’s HRD through the ALIST program using a descriptive qualitative approach. Through systematic communication planning, practice-based training, and continuous evaluation, this program has successfully improved the quality of leadership communication in conveying the company’s vision, mission, and strategies.
