Abstract
Kotak Album is a photography documentation service business that captures moments through visual media. Established in 2019, this business provides various documentation services including wedding documentation services, pre-wedding documentation, graduation documentation, and studio photo documentation. In running its business, Kotak Album still manages its services manually by inputting data into order records. To find out information related to the customer's desired booking date, staff must check the availability of the schedule. So this process can be time-consuming and requires intense coordination, and can cause potential delays and inaccuracies in processing service orders. This study aims to simplify the ordering process for customers, staff and admins in managing orders, scheduling, and payments. Therefore, Kotak Album requires a system and website design to facilitate the business process at Kotak Album using the User Centered Design method. Based on the research that has been done, the final prototype that has been tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with an average score of 87.75, which shows that the website design has met user needs and is included in the "Excellent" and "Acceptable" categories
