Abstract
This Business Plan aims to analyze and identify the business strategies that will be implemented by Lah In, as well as to introduce innovations in the culinary industry, specifically in street food. This business plan utilizes internal analyses such as STP, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and Porter Five Forces. In the business planning process, the author also analyzes marketing strategies and financial projection assumptions. The financial projection assumes a 12% increase in sales per year over the next 5 years. By assuming an interest rate of 10%, the NPV in the fifth year is projected to be IDR 203,871,274, with an IRR of 65%, making this business projection feasible for implementation.
