Abstract
Marketing communication strategy is crucial for a company to achieve its target marketing objectives. This study, titled "Analysis of Marketing Communication Strategy through Promotions Conducted by Hiruup Coffee Towards Customers," explores how Hiruup Coffee, as a business entity, aims to position its brand to achieve high sales targets. The objective of this research is to analyze the marketing communication strategy through promotions applied by Hiruup Coffee towards its customers. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with Hiruup Coffee’s management and customers. The results of the study indicate that the communication strategy through promotions has a significant impact on Hiruup Coffee’s sales levels. This is evident from the increase in the number of customers registering for membership and the rising frequency of customer visits to Hiruup Coffee. The membership program, which offers discounts and points redeemable for price reductions, has been identified as a key factor in boosting product sales.
