Abstract
This study aims to analyze the motivation of Rashif Indonesia's marketing agency employees based on the motivational drives theory of Lawrence and Nohria's Four-Drive Theory in McShane & Glinow (2010), Learned Needs Theory (McClelland, 1961), Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory (Maslow, 1943). The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method, by collecting data through in-depth interviews and observations. After conducting research, it can be analyzed by researchers that the things found in this study are in line with existing theories. The work motivation of Rashif Indonesia's marketing agency employees is: a pleasant work environment, opportunities to develop and learn, and the opportunity to get wide relationships.
