Abstract
The development of the retail business, especially the fashion industry today makes competition tighter, where companies or business people not only focus on the quality of the products or services offered, but also need to provide an unforgettable experience for their customers because this is what can make them have an emotional closeness to the company. The marketing concept related to what can provide a unique experience for customers is known as experiential marketing. This concept provides a unique, positive, and memorable experience for customers. This study was conducted to see how the factors X1 (Store Exterior), X2 (Store Layout), X3 (Interior Display) on Y (Customer Experience) retail store Uniqlo One District Puri. The sample used is non-probability sampling using 150 respondents and using testing techniques Model feasibility test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and hypothesis testing. The results obtained in this study are, that there is an insignificant and not positive effect on the store exterior variable on customer experience, an insignificant and not positive effect on the store layout variable on customer experience, and there is a significant and positive effect on the interior display variable on customer experience, and there is also a simultaneous significant and positive effect on the variables Store Exterior, Store Layout, Interior Display on Customer Experience.
