Abstract

Perkembangan industri pernikahan di Indonesia semakin pesat, terutama di kotakota besar. Dean Backdrop merupakan salah satu penyedia layanan pernikahan yang menawarkan berbagai kebutuhan seperti dekorasi, katering, dan MC. Namun, perusahaan ini menghadapi tantangan dalam komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan pencatatan transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah website menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD) guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan pengalaman pengguna. Metode UCD digunakan untuk memastikan desain website berfokus pada kebutuhan pengguna melalui berbagai tahapan seperti identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan, serta evaluasi iteratif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah prototipe website yang dapat membantu calon pelanggan dalam mendapatkan informasi secara lebih mudah serta meningkatkan sistem pencatatan transaksi bagi admin.
