Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to recommend solution against the marketing related problems of PT Prospek Realtindo by applying the Model-based and Integrated Process Improvement (MIPI) method. In a project worth total of Rp 3 Trillion with a term of 2-3 years, the problems that arise have resulted in loss of profit for about Rp 5-6 billion in the first 7 months.
