Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, motivation, and workload on the performance of DPR-RI expert staff, with communication as a moderating variable. The research method employed is quantitative, using a survey approach with questionnaires. Respondents consisted of DPR-RI expert staff selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results indicate that organizational culture, motivation, and workload significantly affect performance. Furthermore, communication is proven to moderate the relationship between organizational culture and performance, as well as between workload and performance, but does not moderate the relationship between motivation and performance. These findings provide practical implications for human resource management, particularly in enhancing the performance of DPR-RI expert staff through strengthening organizational culture, increasing motivation, managing workload, and optimizing communication.
