Abstract
This study aims to investigate the influence of product quality, location, and service quality on purchase decisions at SPBU Rancakole Bandung. Data was collected from a survey of customers at SPBU Rancakole Bandung. The survey was distributed directly to customers who filled out the manual and Google Form questionnaire. The sample size consisted of 180 respondents. The hypotheses were tested using SEM PLS analysis with SmartPLS 4. The testing included Outer Model, which consisted of Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Composite Reliability, Cronbach Alpha, and Inner Model, which included Bootstrapping. The results showed that H1: Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. H2: Location has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. H3: Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions. This study is expected to provide insights to gas station management to effective influence customer buying intention and contribute positively to future research.
