Abstract

Electric Micro Mobility vehicles are the mobility choice that society needs. Mechanical advances in electric vehicles affect an organization's capacity to compete and grow. Therefore, researchers will carry out business innovations for Moovid to see if they meet community needs. product potential and its possibility of surviving and developing in the future. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method using a design thinking approach to obtain experiences and problems from conventional motorbike users, which are divided into two types, namely Primary Data obtained from field observations and interviews with personas and Data secondary is obtained from written studies. This study can be in various structures, such as books, scientific journals, scientific articles, and also, the business world which is used as research material. Consumers want cheap vehicle prices and operational costs as well as mileage, because consumers can only rent the vehicle via the application according to the mobility needed by consumers in a day as well as the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology to monitor the condition of electric vehicles, easy and comfortable to use , durability and acceleration: Moovid offers “user-friendly” electric two-wheeled vehicles and vehicles with strong build quality and the resulting speed can be equivalent to conventional two-wheeled vehicles. Thus increasing security and functional effectiveness. The market aspect of this mobile application has considerable strengths and opportunities, as can be seen from the results of the analysis using Design thinking. The choice of this business plan was chosen based on research and surveys conducted among several people in urban communities, especially Jakarta, regarding mobility and the desire to use environmentally friendly vehicles.
