Abstract

Employee relations have become a critical aspect of human resources management, as they have a significant impact on company performance, employee productivity, and business sustainability. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of employee relations programs implemented at CV. Maju Bersama Spartan. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was used. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with employees and company management. The results showed that the existing employee relations program has contributed positively to improving employee job satisfaction. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, such as the frequency of training, a more transparent reward system, and more effective communication channels. This study provides recommendations for the company to continue developing employee relations programs in order to improve employee performance and overall company productivity.
