Abstract
This study aims to analyzes the influence of Work-Life Balance and Compensation on Turnover Intention among employees of Gotrade Indonesia. The high turnover rate within the financial technology industry, including at Gotrade Indonesia, highlights the need to evaluate the effectiveness of company policies in retaining employees. This research examines the implementation of work-life balance and compensation toward turnover intention at Gotrade Indonesia using a quantitative approach. The population consisted of 80 employees, all of whom were used as research respondents through a census sampling technique. Data were collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 30, including validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and t-tests (hypothesis testing). The results show that work-life balance has no effect on turnover intention, indicating that the level of balance between work and personal life perceived by employees does not directly influence their intention to leave the company. Conversely, the study found that compensation has a significant effect on turnover inte$ntion, demonstrating that improvements in both financial and non-financial compensation can effectively reduce employees’ desire to resign.
